2. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
3. It is seen that one Jayanthi, seventh respondent herein filed W.P.No.21523 of 2019 and orders were passed on 23.02.2021.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that their interests are directly affected by the said order, but then they have not been made as parties in the above writ petition.
5. We find force in the said contention, there shall be an order of interim stay.
