Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to garland the portrait of chivalrous leader Pollan and pay respect on 10.05.2021 at the venue of Jeyaramapuram pursuant to my representation dated 26.04.2021 and 03.05.2021.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants permission to conduct the petition mentioned event on 10.05.2021. In this regard, he has already given representations to the second respondent and first respondent, dated 26.04.2021 and 03.05.2021 respectively.

3. The jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police is directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned representations. The learned Government Advocate is requested to indicate the concerned authorities not to wait for the certified or web copy of this order. Since the event is proposed to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

held on 10.05.2021, appropriate proceedings would be issued on 08.05.2021 itself.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
