PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent issued vide proceedings in Letter No.41857/M.1/2015-6 dated 04.07.2016 and forwarded by the 3rd respondent vide Proceedings in Ref.No.19126/1W2/2015 dated 19.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to recognize the CMS (Community Medical Service) Certificates and include the petitioners as C-Grade Physician in the State Medical Register enabling them to treat in the rural areas by prescribing the essential 31 drugs.
