O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.01.2018 made in I.A.SR.No.856 of 2018 in A.S.No.48 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Judge (FTC), Namakkal. 2.I.A.SR.No.856 of 2018 was filed to substitute Exs.A2 to A4 with the certified copies with the originals. The Court below rejected the the application stating that since the second appeal in S.A.No.190 of 2013 is pending before the High Court, the records have to be sent. Therefore, if the documents are returned to the petitioner, difficulty would arise in submitting the documents before the High Court. 3.I do not find any error in the order passed by the Court below, since it has expressed the difficulty in substituting the records as the same has to be sent to the High Court in S.A.No.190 of 2013. 4.Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court below, if in case 2/4

the Court below received all the document after the disposal of S.A.No.190 of 2013. No costs.
