Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the notification dated 17.08.2018 bearing No.CENTAC/Admin/2018-19 with regard to vacancy under NRI Category and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to convert the same into Govt. quota seats and conduct a fresh MOP-UP counselling.
