ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner's husband is a convict. However, considering his health condition, he was granted ordinary leave. The said leave is likely to expire on 11.05.2021.

3. The petitioner seeks extension of the same upto 11.08.2021. I wanted to know whether the health condition of the petitioner's husband is really serious as projected in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
4. It is now stated by the respondent's counsel that the petitioner's husband is really sick.
5. In view of the same, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the leave already granted is extended till 11.08.2021 on the same terms already imposed by this Court.
