This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 18.10.2024 passed in S.C.No.7 of 2020, the complaint filed under Sections 147, 148, r/w 149, 294(b), 447, 506(ii) r/w 149 of IPC, and Section 3(1) of the TNPPDL Act, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 76 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
