When the matter is taken up today, a memo dated 16.10.2015 is filed by the respondent stating that H.M.O.P.No.2715 of 2015 was decreed ex parte vide order dated 28.05.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai and so far, no application is filed to set aside the ex parte order. Hence, the question of seeking transfer would not arise.

2. In view of the memo filed by the respondent, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
