Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 06.06.2020 within a time limit fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.06.2020 within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been taken on file and the enquiry has been fixed on 17.08.2020 at 11.00 a.m.

3. In view of the above development, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall issue notice to respondents 4 to 9 before passing final orders in the appeal.
