This application has been filed by the petitioner in O.P.No. 1169 of 2018 seeking permission to produce further documents.

2. The petitioner is in the witness box and he has tendered his proof affidavit and his cross examination is midway. At this stage, he had filed this application seeking permission to file as further documents, Post Office Savings Receipt, Oriental Health Insurance LIC and Star Health Insurance Policies in the name of the two children or jointly in the name of the petitioner and the two children.

3. They are new documents and some embarrassment could have been avoided had these documents been produced at the commencement of the chief examination. Now these documents are sought to be introduced.

4. Let cross examination continue and be completed and thereafter, with permission, further chief can be recorded marking these documents and if those documents are marked, the respondent would also have an opportunity to put further questions in cross examination, if any, to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
