(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.5 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the present and even on the last occassion also, there was no representation.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petitioner along with the other accused have collected money from the several gullible victim under the guise of allotting the plots and cheated to a sum of Rs.50 crores and total number of victims are more than 10,000. He would further submitted that A1 to A8 were arrested.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
