Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, NIBCID, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.5232 of 2021 dated 21.03.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.K.S.BHARATHY ANANDRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition to relax the bail condition, imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5323 of 2021.

This Court, by order dated 21.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5323 of 2021, granted bail to the petitioner on several conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition. 3.
On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the aforesaid condition from 01.04.2021.

Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is a college student and he has been complying with the above bail condition imposed on him and also considering the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the aforesaid condition is relaxed and this criminal original petition is ordered accordingly. -sd/- 12/05/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
