This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 03.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5595 of 2025 in para No.7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30am until further orders imposed in para no.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.5595 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, is relaxed. 4.
