By order dated 22.06.2015, this Second Appeal was already dismissed for non prosecution and the same has been restored. When the second appeal was listed for hearing on 30.10.2023, 21.11.2023, 19.12.2023 and 10.01.2024, there was no representation on the side of the appellants and the matter was directed to be posted for dismissal today. Even today, when the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal", still there is no representation on the side of the appellants. It is evident that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the second appeal and there is no useful purpose in keeping the second appeal pending. Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
