This application has been filed by the petitioner /father in O.P.No. 1169 of 2018 seeking interim custody of his two children, Asma Ahmed Imami, aged about 9 1⁄2 years and Amaan Ahmed Imami, aged about 7 1⁄2 years to celebrate Eid ul-Fitr on 11.04.2024 with them.

2. In the Judges Summons, the relief sought is to spend the entire day between 7 a.m., to 6 p.m., with the two children.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent however stated that it would also be reasonable to examine the wishes of the mother to also have companionship of the two children during Eid ul-Fitr .

4. I am deeply benefited by the sanguine representations made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent who realised their respective responsibilities and agreed to a satisfactory arrangement. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
