ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.02.2022 and remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.672 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is doing real estate business in and around Kancheepuram District.

Without knowledge of the petitioner, the 4th respondent opened the History Sheet against him and maintaining it for several years. The petitioner made a representation on 12.02.2022 to remove his name from the history sheet in H.S.No.672 of 2012. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of respondents.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
