This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 15.11.2023 passed in W.P. No. 17895 of 2020. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the both sides jointly made a submission that the writ appeal in W.A. No. 3794 of 2024 has been disposed with certain directions.

In view of the judgment made in writ appeal, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
