This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.05.2015.

2. Heard Mr.K.G.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the respondent in C.S.R.No.248 of 2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.248 of 2015 expeditiously under the supervision of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
