ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) Heard the learned counsels on either side. The petitioner alleges that the respondent is harrasing him at the instance of one Mr.Periyasamy.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that the petitioner was summoned once, but he has not extended his cooperation.

3. Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to issue summons in writing to the petitioner, if they want to enquire him. If the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, he will be given due notice, so that he will breathing time to move this Court for the relief of Anticipatory Bail.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above directions.
