ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.39241 of 2015, by order dated 24.01.2017, directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the appeal
preferred by 7th respondent therein within a period of three months after giving notice to all concerned. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 24.01.2017 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate reported that the 1st respondent herein has passed an order on the appeal and the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
