ORDER

This petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on receipt of the same, the third respondent conducted enquiry and closed the complaint on 17.06.2020.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the court concerned for the appropriate relief. 2/4
