Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was suspended from service by an order dated 15.10.2014 of the second respondent for certain irregularities. Thereafter, he was terminated from service by an order dated 17.04.2015, after enquiry. As against the said order, the petitioner preferred appeal to the first respondent on 01.06.2015.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to pay him subsistence allowance for the period of suspension and for a further direction to the first respondent to dispose of his appeal dated 01.06.2015 within a stipulated period.

4. In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pay subsistence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

allowance for the period of suspension, till the date of termination, if not already paid, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and a further direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 01.06.2015 filed by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
