This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The petitioner alleges harassment on the hands of the second respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent were husband and wife, however, they had separated due to some matrimonial dispute. The petitioner had gone to the house where his wife/third respondent was residing. The petitioner's wife/third respondent has refused to let her husband/petitioner get inside the house where she resides and therefore, out of anger, the petitioner has damaged the doors of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said house. Hence, the petitioner's wife/third respondent had given a compliant to the second respondent Police as against her husband/petitioner.

3.1. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would further submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent Police had registered C.S.R against the petitioner, however, later the same was closed on 28.04.2021. She would also submit that no further action has been taken against the petitioner in this regard.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
