This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to investigate case in Crime No. 46 of 2014 dated 09.12.2014 and file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.46 of 2014 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

3.
