At the threshold, it is pertinent to point out that there is no reason to short-circuit or circumvent the statutory appellate jurisdiction, at this stage. Thus, this writ petition is dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to take re-course to the statutory appellate jurisdiction, if so advised, as available under the provisions of law, within a period of two weeks from today.
