The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to extent another two weeks time for filing bail application before Special Court for SC/ST cases, Villupuram District as per order dated 22.02.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.4833 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2000/-(Rupees two thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and upon payment of the same, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to re-present the petition before the Court below as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this Order"
