It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that initially, the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.06.2020 before the respondent herein and the same is forwarded to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Triplicane on 24.06.2021, since the offence is fall under POCSO, Act and now the complaint is received by the said Police Station.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the above said respondent/police is directed to deal with the complaint in accordance with law. 3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
