O R D E R

This Petition has been filed to extent the time to the petitioners shall surrender before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli and shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.1367 of 2020, dated 09.06.2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri in Crime No.654 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submitted that the petitioners have granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.1367 of 2020, dated 09.06.2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri. He would also submit that the petitioners are not able to comply this condition within stipulated period of time due to Covid 19 period. Hence, he seek time to comply the conditions. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time to comply the conditions from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
