This application has been filed to extend the time for a period of 6 months to complete the arbitration proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator will be expired by tomorrow i.e., 17.04.2024 and hence, she requests this Court to extend the same.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for a period of 6 months. Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
