When the matter is called, Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a Proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Mayiladuthurai dated 04.07.2019 submitted that the entire amount of Rs.8,68,994/- has been paid. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner also fairly submitted that the said amount has been received by the petitioner.

Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
