PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to enlarge the petitioner / accused on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Cr.No.93 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for an offence under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act 1985 in Crime No.93 of 2021, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.7226 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 22.03.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, further no change of circumstances arises for considering second anticipatory bail. This Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
