119 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that regarding the money borrowed by the husband of the defacto complainant, the petitioner herein has gone to the house of the defacto complainant and brutally attacked the defacto complainant all over the body. Assaulted her head with his two wheeler's key and also threatened her with dire consequence, if she reports anybody. 3.Considering the gravity of the crime and the nature of the injury sustained, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has to be secured and custodial interrogation is required. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
