2. The defendant has already filed the written statement in the suit.

3. Hence, no useful purpose will be served if this application is kept pending.

4. Accordingly, the interim order granted by this Court in O.A.No.295 of 2021 is made absolute and this application is allowed.

Post the matter on 04.01.2022 for framing of issues.
