This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 01.01.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, a case in Crime No.105 of 2014 under Section 302 IPC is under investigation by the Inspector of Police, Pudupalayam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District and that, along with the investigation, an enquiry is being conducted in CSR.No.1 of 2014 by the same Police.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Pudupalayam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District, to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
