ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 365, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.189 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail for the second time by way of this petition.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the defacto complainant had given Rs.3 Lakhs to the petitioner's mother. When the same was demanded by the defacto complainant, the petitioner along with other accused has kidnapped the defacto complainant and attacked him brutally.
3. Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was informed before this Court that the injured has been discharged from the Hospital. However, taking note of the fact that the defacto complainant has sustained grievous injury due to the assault made by the petitioner along with other accused, this Court had dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner. Now the Learned Government Advocate submits that there is no change of circumstance in this case.

4. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
