ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.02.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 09.06.2014. He further submits that the copy of the closure report is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
