Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st and 3rd respondents to remove the

lock and seal made in the house site no.9 situated at Avinashi Village, Avinashi Panchayat and Taluk comprised in Survey No.337/2, an extent of 1652 sq.ft. out of acre 1.54 cent, bounded on South by land belongs to Kulanthaivel and vacant land, West by House site of Rajkumar (Site No.8), North by 20 feet road on the East to West road, East by Panchayat drainage and consequently, direct the 1 st and 2nd respondent to award compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- to the petitioner for illegally making lock and seal in the aforesaid house site.
