This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in crime No.not known on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on a complaint given by one Deenadayalan, petition enquiry is pending, before the respondent.

4. Hence, a blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the Police for enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
