ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner was arrested on 11.03.2021 for the offences under Sections 4(1)(i), 4(1)(aaa) r/w.4(1-A) of TNP Act.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would state that the petitioner was already detained as a Bootlegger. Therefore, the question of entertaining the bail petition now does not arise.
4. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is a diabetic patient and that he has to take insulin injection daily.
5. Though I am dismissing the bail petition, I direct the Prison Authority to ensure that appropriate medical treatment is provided to the petitioner herein. The Prison Authority shall remember that even https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
