The petitioner herein has been included in the register of Rowdy Sheet for involvement in the criminal case and further states that the said case has been ended in acquittal, he has sought for indulgence of this Court to direct the respondent Police to remove his name from the History Sheet Register.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents states that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on accordance with law. Applying Police Standing Order 747 & 748, appropriate orders will be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
