ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the entire records in Crime No.145 of 2021, on the file of the 1st Respondent police and quash the same, in so far as the petitioner concerned.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for R1 submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and Final Report is also filed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.10.2023.
