ORDER

Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioners were accommodated in some other project and they are continuing till now in the said project and as such, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

In view of the above factual position, in my view, nothing survives in this writ petition.
