This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5112 of 2023 by order dated 15.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is a daily wager, is working in Chennai and he is the only earning member of his family. He would further submit that though the petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition, the time may be granted for furnishing the sureties.
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order even for a single day. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5112 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
Crl.M.P.No.5300 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.
vkr of 2023 by order dated 15.03.2023, is not modified. The petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court on 15.03.2023, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
