This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed appellants 2 to 7 herein as legal representatives of deceased sole appellant.

2. Mr. K.N.Natarajan, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the sole appellant died on 29.04.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent appeared and stated that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the sole appellant are impleaded as appellants 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

5. The Registry is directed to number another petition filed in C.M.P. SR. No. 78886 of 2022 to implead legal heirs of respondent in S.A.No.678 of 2017 if it is otherwise found to be in order and also directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 29.07.2022.
