This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.08.2015.

2. Heard Mr.K.Pradeepraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the cause of action in the complaint has taken place in Coimbatore District, but, whereas, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has sent a complaint to the District Crime Branch, Namakkal.

4. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint before the District Crime Branch, Coimbatore (Rural) and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
