ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2024 seeking for sub-division of properties for common road on the basis of NK No.7769/12/A2 dated 27.01.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that despite the recommendation of the third respondent for sub-division and entry in Government records vide proceedings in NK No.7769/12/A2 dated 27.01.2015, the fourth respondent has not passed an order. Hence, seeks a direction.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2024 seeking for sub-division of properties for common road on the basis of NK No.7769/12/A2 dated 27.01.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
