This Writ Petition has been filed for challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent cancelling the election to the 3rd respondent co-operative society.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has re-scheduled the election and subsequent to that, the election to the Board of Directors was conducted and the Board of Directors were elected, in which the petitioner was also elected as one of the Board of Directors. In the said circumstances, no further adjudication required in the present Writ Petition. If at all, the petitioner has any grievance in respect of conducting the election, it is always open to the petitioner to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition under Sec.90 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act challenging the election.

3. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Sec.90 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, if the petitioner so adviced.
