This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondents police to register an FIR.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
