ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents to receive and register the Rectification Deed dated 27.03.2024(TP/178247491/2024 and release the same to the petitioner forthwith.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that while executing a Settlement Deed, the extents of the property in the east west side is mentioned as 30 feet instead of 40 feet as per the title deed and similarly, north south as 40 ft instead of 30 ft. Hence, in order to rectify the said mistake, the petitioner has presented re-rectification deed. But the same has not been registered till date. Hence the Writ Petition.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that no such document is presented for registration. If the document is presented through On-Line, the same would be considered. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that On-Line application has already been made along with the payment for registration.

6. In such view of the matter, if OnLine application is properly uploaded and proper fee is also paid, the respondents are directed to register the 2/4

document, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
