Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to modify the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.350 of 2015 dated 23.03.2015 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Tiruppur by modifying executing personal own bond or family card by the petitioner to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruppur instead of the petitioner will be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- and executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with 2 blood relations sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, and both the sureties should produce original receipt and deeds of their deeds and the sureties should be residential place of the petitioner, with a further condition that the petitioner should stay in Tiruppur and appear before the respondent Police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. sign until further orders.
